critiques I am using an iPad Air with up-to-date software. My game has frozen several times in the past month; I"ve had to delete and re-add the app 3 times to correct the situation. Before this, my game would freeze occasionally; I can easily say this is the most troublesome app I use. On the other hand, I love playing the game, so I tolerate the bugs. Update: tonight I was logged out of my game (by Origin) and received an email telling me to reset my password to improve my security. I logged into EA and changed the password, but now I am unable to access the game -- I"m getting an incorrect email and/or password message. The person I "chatted" with didn"t seem to understand the problem.just sent another link to change my password. I"ve changed it several times, none of the passwords (old or new) will let me into the game. I"ve been hassling this for nearly 2 hours, I"ve deleted and reinstalled the app, nothing seems to work. Grrrrrr
